Defining the overall creative vision with concept and narrative studies, whilst considering the art direction - presented in a creative strategy deck with moodboards and concept art.
Technical
Understanding the technicalities with initial feasibility studies across workflow, hardware products and software to inform the possibilities and scope.
Production
Define the budget from a ballpark into a detailed quotation incorporating scheduling, scope, and terms, aligning all creative and technical workflow.

Our Team
NorthHouse operates with a core internal team spanning creative, design, tech and production, supported by an extended network of trusted freelance specialists and suppliers.
Each project is led by a Senior Producer, Creative Lead and Tech Lead, and supported by a core leadership and management team - ensuring a clear, reliable framework throughout the journey.
The people who make this work are exceptional and we don't use that word lightly.
We operate with a core internal team spanning production, creative, design, motion & technology, supported by an extended network of technical suppliers & trusted freelance specialists.
Each project is led by a senior producer, working in close partnership with an Art Director/Creative Lead and a Technical Lead.
