Context and Brief

We designed and produced the visuals for Intimissimi’s spectacular annual ice show in Verona – ‘One Amazing Day’ – with Andrea Bocelli and some of the world’s greatest ice Skaters.

Intimissimi on Ice is a captivating ice show that beautifully blends opera, pop music, figure skating, and fashion within the enchanting backdrop of the Arena di Verona.

Approach

The narrative of the show follows the beginning of a love story through day and night.

We helped to drive the narrative using scenic landscapes and natural elements.

The design was focused around organic textures and a painterly approach with watercolour reveals into many scenes. We also held a studio shoot for a couple of the scenes, filming the amazing Kiira Korpi.
